This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the quality of education and clinical practice for all learners, recently qualified clinical staff, and the ongoing development of experienced professionals. You will work closely within the tripartite framework of Operational, Clinical, and Education Leadership Teams to ensure a high standard of clinical practice and education in the operational environment.

You'll have the opportunity to work in one of the most diverse regions in the country, with the vibrant capital city just a stone's throw away and the invigorating North Sea coast to the east.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate academic and clinical development across the locality.
• Serve as a local expert on clinical practice and education pathways.
• Oversee clinical practice placements and ensure a quality learning environment.
• Support local talent management, retention, CPD, and career development.
• Maintain training and development databases, providing regular updates.
• Address challenges such as education access inequalities and staff retention.

• Proven leadership skills in clinical and educational settings.
• Strong knowledge of ambulance service education pathways and systems.
• Experience in clinical practice oversight and educational management.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative working ability.
