Summary

About the role

We are looking for a Regeneration Manager to join our Asset Strategy and Delivery team. This is a new role in the team and you will work closely with the community and our stakeholders to lead the delivery of our ambitious regeneration programme.

As a strong communicator, collaborator and self-motivated individual, you will be joining a committed, enthusiastic and diverse team of property professionals, focused on delivery for the benefit of our residents and communities. You will be trusted to perform and be supported to innovatively lead, solve problems and inspire others to achieve excellence.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience working with local communities at a high level.
Have a good understanding of risk management, procurement law and contract management.
Have sound demonstrable knowledge of the planning system and associated building regulations.
Is degree qualified or has equivalent professional experience in a discipline linked to one of the built environment professions (regeneration, planning, architecture/urban design).
