About the role

Interested in joining our expanding Development Team with ambitions to deliver 1500 new affordable homes over the next 5 years? We are looking for a New Build After Care Coordinator to join our growing Development team. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality post-handover defect rectification service for our newly built homes, as well as administrative support for the Development Team.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience of delivering a high-quality, customer focused repair/ defect rectification service.
Has experience of collecting and reporting on a range of performance indicators.
Has demonstrable experience working with key stakeholders including residents, internal departments, regulators and warranty providers.
Is highly organised, with good planning skills and the proven ability to meet key targets and deadlines.
