SC737–Housing Law Caseworker
North Wales
20.5 hours per week
£27,937per annum (pro rata) - £16,363pa
An exciting opportunity has now arisen at Shelter Cymru for a Housing Law Caseworker who will work within our Housing Services team based in North Wales at either our Wrexham, Rhyl or Felinheli offices.
The post holder will be part of a team who provide a National Housing Advice Service. In this role advice will be delivered primarily via telephone. The postholder may also be required to provide cover at face to face advice-based surgeys and at housing possessesion help desks in courts across North Wales.
We are developing a flexible and hybrid working approach for all staff, with a minimum of 1 day per week working in the office and have offices across Wales.
Employees are provided with an office base, this role can be based in any of our North Wales offices - Wrexham, Rhyl or Felinheli office.
