What is the Role?
As our Key Account Relationship Analyst you will provide a combination of key account management and bespoke commercial analysis for some of the largest energy users of both electricity and gas on the island of Ireland. In this role you will:
- provide analytical modelling support to complex key account customers e.g. forecast cost modelling
- ensure all bespoke key account customer requirements are dealt with in a timely manner, including month end reports
- act as the principal day to day contact for key account customers in NI and ROI, including telephone and email contact points, responding to queries in a timely manner, using where appropriate, skills elsewhere within the organisation to resolve customer queries
- generate close business relationships with existing customers, including their key interfacing departments e.g. accounts payable, energy management
- interact and gain credibility with the appropriate level and functions within the customers business
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- demonstrable, relevant business experience, with commercial or financial analyst responsibility
- the ability to organise large volumes of data on spreadsheets and with strong Excel skills
- proven experience in developing complex models using Excel / Power BI, to offer scenario information to customers
- the ability to create, manipulate and present financial information in a sales environment
