The role.
Responding & processing quote requests.
Communicating with suppliers and clients.
Dealing with Tenders and RFQs,
Negotiating rates, contracts, providing support, pricing, spot quotes and problem solving
Using Cargowise in all aspect of pricing & sales.
Good knowledge of air & sea carriers.
Regular liaising with Clients (Agents) / customers
Regular meeting with Airlines, Hauliers & Suppliers and building relationship.
Up selling and introduction of portfolio services
Ensuring customer satisfaction, business retention as well as developing additional
Candidate’s profile.
Proven track record of Freight Forwarding.
Strong is Sea Freight.
Export & Import procedures.
Commercial awareness/Market knowledge
Customer Services/Sales forte
Strong negotiation & presentation skills
Energetic, driven, enthusiastic & profit minded.
Able to prioritize, co-ordinate and use own initiative.
