Summary
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, helping them manage their symptoms and live more independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient-centred care in accordance with individual care plans
Administer medication and monitor patient progress
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with mental health conditions
Record and report on patient health and wellbeing
Engage with patients, providing emotional support and crisis intervention as needed
Requirements:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (NMC PIN required)
Experience working with individuals with mental health conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Right to work in the UK (UK Passport/Share Code) - NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE
A valid DBS check
Relevant training certificates
