Job Description: As a Junior Content Creator and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include:

Content Creation:
Content Development: Assist in creating, editing, and publishing content for our website, social media, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
Research: Conduct research to gather information and insights for content creation.
Graphic Design: Create basic graphics and visuals to accompany content using design tools.
Content Calendar: Help maintain and update the content calendar to ensure timely publication.
SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO strategies to improve content visibility and engagement.

Administrative Support:
Office Management: Assist with day-to-day office operations, including managing schedules, organising meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
Document Management: Organise and manage digital and physical documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in content creation or administrative support is preferred.
