Summary
The post holder may be presented with varying levels of information around costs of service users' care packages and must decipher amongst other things how many hours, costs per hour, 1:1 costs, to ensure correct inputting on to the database. The post holder will also need to liaise with various departments to resolve financial queries or discrepancies including, but not limited to, suppliers, local authority, finance department, Nurse Assessors. Assist in the management of the Broadcare database including registering, updating and generating reports, as required. An experienced administrator, the post holder will require excellent communication and organisational skills, be a team player but have the confidence to act on own initiative.
