We are looking for an Apprentice IT Contract Management Assistant to join L&Q in our Technology Team. You will support the IT Contract Management team in the management and administration of contracts, including drafting contracts and revising and reviewing existing contracts.

Overview of the role:

The role will provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enquiries. The successful candidate will assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies that align with organisational goals.

The Apprentice IT Contract Manager will:


• Contribute to business performance and customer service delivery whilst operating in line with L&Q’s values.
• Input into contract management processes and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work towards managing their own contracts.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.
• Assist in the negotiation and renewal of contractual agreements with suppliers.

Skills and Experience:

• Enthusiasm for the role and L&Q.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to understand and be understood, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently, as well as being a good team player.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage/prioritise own workload.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow with a positive attitude to work.
• 5 x GCSEs, Grade C / Grade 4 or above. Including English and Maths.
• Strong IT Skills.
