Summary
BUREAU SUPPORT ANALYST
Salary: £23,861 per annum
Working Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am - 5pm
Location: Gloucestershire/Home Based
G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Bureau Support Analyst on a full-time, permanent basis within the Carbon and Energy Solutions (CaES) team.
The CaES team provides internal and external utility management and reporting services through the collection, analysis and presentation of utility data using the Utility Data Management System (UDMS).
This role is based at our office in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire but working from home.
Responsibilities
Manage the UDMS including collation and import of utility data, coordinating updates and delivering reports.
Investigate anomalies, liaise with suppliers to resolve.
Understand and work to specific SLAs and KPIs determined from contracts.
Engaging with key utility suppliers and stakeholders to resolve queries relating to invoices.
Follow documented process when properties join or exit the G4S portfolio ensuring all stakeholders are informed to appropriate timescales.
Assist with additional tasks such as weekly Out Of Hours energy reporting.
Help in the production of the Headquarters (Worksop) Monthly Energy Report.
Raising and receiving onto ARIBA system of Purchase Orders.
Essential
Strong teamwork skills and customer focused.
Excellent IT and numeracy skills and an eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
The ability to deliver objectives within set timescales, and manage expectations for unreasonable timescales.
Excellent working knowledge level of spreadsheet programmes (MS Excel).
Ability to work under pressure.
