Your Tasks
- Lead civil engineering projects within allocated timeframes and budget, ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
- Oversee equipment installation and manage contractors.
- Develop technical specifications to Tender projects in collaboration with Procurement team.
- Collaborate with engineering departments to enhance plant efficiency.
- Maintain workplace standards and manage external service providers.
- Monitor safety regulations, advise on operational changes, and coordinate maintenance schedules.
- Ensure DWG are up to date and correct, including by liaising with CAD operator(s) if required.

Our Requirements
- ONC, HNC, HND, degree or equivalent in engineering or civil engineering.
- Supervisory and Management qualifications with significant practical experience essential.
- Experience of leading and delivering high value civil engineering projects.
- Knowledge of Site Health and Safety Rules with a CIEH Supervising Health and Safety certificate.
- An SMSTS or CSCS qualification is desirable.
- Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to use AutoCAD is advantageous but not essential.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are important.
- Basic knowledge of relevant SAP module preferred.
