Pay Rate: £17.42 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 36 Monday – Friday, normal working hour

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 1-2 months

City: London

Hybrid working - Required to be in the Westminster Bridge Road (WBR) office every Tuesday and either WBR, or Houghton Hall (Houghton Regis) another day.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a team of Recruiters and administering the on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a point of contact for recruitment and on-boarding enquiries. To assist with placing adverts, sifting candidates, arranging interviews, processing offers and data cleansing of the ATS system as well as other duties request by the Talent Manager.

The role will mainly include interview booking which will involve speak to candidates on the phone and sending out interview confirmations.

Faced paced, requiring a high organised individual with great attention to detail.



Qualifications:

5 GCSEs in English/Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above.



Skills & Experience:

Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Good communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail required, ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to deadlines, previous experience of an ATS and liaising with candidates by phone.
Previous administration experience.
Good people management.
Good communication written and verbal.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
