Responsibilities
- Assist the Nursery Manager in day-to-day operations and administration of the nursery
- Support and mentor nursery staff, providing guidance and leadership
- Ensure that all nursery policies and procedures are implemented and followed
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children, families, and staff
- Oversee the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children
- Collaborate with parents and carers to build strong, supportive relationships
