Support Staff Grade 3 - £26,443 to £29,896 pro rataWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to work as a Learning Support Assistant in our Senior School, primarily supporting students in the core subjects of mathematics and science. We would therefore be particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have experience or expertise in supporting students in these subjects. You will be part of an outstanding team of staff who currently support students with a wide range of learning difficulties and disabilities across the whole school. Learning Support Assistants work under the direction of class teachers to ensure students with SEND can access their learning and the full Norwich High experience - this may be through in class support or small group interventions. Learning Support Assistants focus on enabling students to learn independently and the role assists in maintaining quality of support for students and ensures that the records of support delivered to students is accurate. This is a full time position, working during school term times only. The salary is Grade 3 on the GDST’s regional scale.
