Salary: Grade 6 (£25,979 * 73.59%)Start Date : As soon as possibleThe Governing Body wish to appoint a an enthusiastic, energetic and flexible Cover Supervisor to work at Ysgol Nantgwyn to complement our existing team.
As a Cover Supervisor you will work across the school covering the lessons of teachers when they are absent. The expectations for cover work across the school are both high and consistent, ensuring that you will always have the support from staff to do the absolute best job you can. As a new role to the school, the position is a one-year fixed contract to be reviewed in the Summer term 2025.
Candidates are invited from a range of academic backgrounds who have a keen interest in working in an educational environment and most importantly want to make a difference in the lives of children and young people. The role would suit graduates wishing to gain experience prior to entering a career in teaching or who would like to further their career working with young people. Applications from newly qualified teachers welcome as the school will facilitate opportunities to work towards completing induction. In return you will receive excellent training and support.
