Summary

This is an important post as it involves supervision of the dining hall and organising activities for students outside and during wet lunchtimes. You must be motivated, flexible and creative. We need good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team which is committed to raising pupils' aspirations and achievements.
You will be confident about working with (or learning to work with) young people with a range of SEND needs and either have or be willing to learn about best practice in the area. You will be passionate and open to learn. You will work well in a team and have excellent communication skills. You will be enjoy working in a varied and dynamic environment based in College and supporting young people to access their community and work experience opportunities.Shaw Education Trust offer the following employee benefits with your Teaching or Support Staff employment:
