As an Outpatient Bookings Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you'll be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach. Your 'can do' attitude shines through. As well as a natural flair for communicating, both over the phone and in person, you bring strong organisation and administration skills.

As an Outpatient Bookings Administrator, you will:

  • Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.

  • Provide the best possible experience to patients.

  • Support every step of the patient journey, from referral to discharge.

  • Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations.

  • Liaise with patients and consultants to book appointments and ensure the best use of everyone's time.

  • Enjoy a varied range of responsibilities - from creating case files and reviewing assessment reports, to arranging travel and accommodation for therapists and patients.

In addition we offer a comprehensive diagnostic service including cardiology tests and interventions, diagnostic imaging - MR, CT, Mammography, Plain film and Ultrasound, fully equipped Physiotherapy department with gymnasium facilities.
