As an Outpatient Bookings Administrator, you will:

Bring empathy, sympathy and sensitivity to the role.

Provide the best possible experience to patients.

Support every step of the patient journey, from referral to discharge.

Make sure that Nuffield Health exceeds customer expectations.

Liaise with patients and consultants to book appointments and ensure the best use of everyone's time.

In addition we offer a comprehensive diagnostic service including cardiology tests and interventions, diagnostic imaging - MR, CT, Mammography, Plain film and Ultrasound, fully equipped Physiotherapy department with gymnasium facilities.
