Summary

Job Title: Facilties Supervisor

Salary: £26,000-£27,000 per annum

Location: Aylesbury, HP21 area

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours a week

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role: 

  • Demonstrated leadership experience or aspirations, evidenced by a track record of managing teams in a service-oriented environment.
  • Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective engagement with clients and team members.
  • Exhibits resilience and adaptability, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Comfortable with computer literacy, proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication and management.
  • Embraces a customer-focused mindset, with prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Preferably candidate with leadership skills, resilient, and HR experience with people management as well.
