Summary

A fantastic opportunity to join forces with one of the UK's most renowned independent building contractors has arisen.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to become a permanent member of our client's thriving business, based solely out of the head office which is located near to Kings Cross Station, London.

Receptionist Duties:
- To guarantee the professional execution of administrative and reception tasks, as well as the efficient and kind treatment of guests and coworkers.
- Respond to and manage inbound calls, filtering unsolicited calls appropriately.
- Handle messages and information, ensuring timely communication with the relevant individuals.
- Receive and direct deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
- Welcome and manage visitors in a professional manner.
- Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are organised and presentable.
- Effectively respond to general enquiries.
- Oversee and plan the inbound and outgoing mail.
- Purchase standard office supplies as required.
- Liaise with housekeepers.

Receptionist Criteria:
- Achieved a grade C or above in Maths and English
- At least 1 years' experience in a Receptionist role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in IT (Good with Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS, Outlook)

In return for your services, our client is offering a competitive salary circa £27,000 DOE + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, Discretionary Annual Bonus, Professional development, peoples pension scheme, paid travel.
