Summary
Maths Intervention Tutor
This is an exciting opportunity for a person with strong mathematical skills and an ability to inspire and support students on their maths learning journey. We require an enthusiastic tutor to join a successful and well-resourced curriculum area, supporting our students in small classes to give them the best chances in life.
This role is a permanent vacancy, term time plus 2 weeks, 32.5 hours per week.
You don’t have to have worked in an education environment before but a passion for helping students achieve their full potential through providing high quality Maths support is desirable.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is considering a career in teaching, and support to achieve Qualified Teacher status could be considered.
Benefits:
Salary will be paid at NJC SCP Grade 9, Point 24 - 28, £25,476 to £28,272 per annum.
The appointment is for 32.5 hours per week, term time plus 65 Hours to include training days.
