You will have some autonomy with your diary, with the expectation of certain days/times on campus delivering face to face lessons, appointments to be scheduled with employers at their workplace and some working from home also supported.Workplace trainers are assigned a caseload of apprentices to train and assess throughout the evolution of their apprenticeship. Our apprentices’ journey runs all year round, therefore you are able to take your annual leave at any time of the year.We are looking for enthusiastic and skilled engineers to motivate and inspire learners to develop their skills and enable progression into their chosen careers.
