About The Role
The TESS (Targeted Employability Student Support) project is funded in line with Welsh Government policy to support the goals set out in the Well-being of Future Generations Act 2015. The aim of the project is to contribute to these goals by supporting underrepresented and disadvantaged students in developing career confidence, employability skills, and engaging with employers.

The Targeted Employability Support Placements and Guidance Adviser will assist colleagues in the successful delivery of the TESS project at Swansea University, known as Career Boost, in accordance with the Delivery Plan agreed with Medr (Commission for Tertiary Education and Research) alongside two other Targeted Employability Placements and Guidance Advisers.

You will report to the Senior Targeted Employability Placements and Guidance Adviser, working closely with other service team leaders and the head of SEA. We seek an enthusiastic, qualified individual to collaborate with colleagues within SEA, REIS, Faculties, the Project Managing Agents (Medr), and other Welsh HEI teams to support students facing barriers to recruitment, helping them achieve successful Graduate Outcomes.

Applications for this role will take the format of a CV submission and cover letter.
