Position Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their fantastic team. The role involves supporting children with Autism and Learning Difficulties, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and structured setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the educational and social development of students.
• Provide support to individual students in the classroom to facilitate their participation in activities.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support students' emotional well-being.
• Work closely with teachers to create and implement individualized learning plans.
• Support students during classroom activities, on trips, and during break times.
Working Hours
• Monday to Friday
• 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Requirements
• Experience working with children with Autism and Learning Difficulties is preferred.
• A patient, empathetic, and understanding approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to enhancing the educational experience of students with special needs.
