Summary

A secondary SEN school in Manchester is currently looking for teachers to start in new full-time positions. The school works with KS3, 4 and 5 students who have special educational needs and require additional support within the classroom. All students are working at a primary level, so you will need knowledge of the primary curriculum to take on one of these roles.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lessons that meet the needs of the students you are working with
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for each student
- Work alongside other staff to create comprehensive support plans for students
- Track student development and feed this back to parents, carers and other staff

For this role you should
- Have QTS or extensive teaching experience
- Have experience teaching and supporting students with a range of different additional needs
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be confident in planning and developing lessons to suit the individual needs of students
- Be available full time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
