Are you a self-motivated, flexible, and hardworking individual ready to make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our dynamic Cardiology team as a Medical Secretary.

What We’re Looking For:
• Prior secretarial experience, particularly in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT packages, including MS Office.
• Ability to work efficiently, accurately, and confidentially in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide essential secretarial support to our Consultants, including audio typing, clinic preparation, and managing telephone inquiries.
• Oversee daily workloads, assist in managing patient pathways, and maintain accurate waiting lists.
• Act as a key point of contact for patients, specialty teams, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
