What you'll be doing
- Assist Senior Chefs in whichever section they are designated to.
- Preparing dishes and cooking using recipe cards
- Comply with all relevant food safety legislation
- Supporting with food orders
- To work in a clean and tidy manner
- Check all food is compliant with allergens
- Putting away deliveries and following the FIFO method
- Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans
- Counter serving
Experience
- Chef experience at commis level
- Previous experience of working in a kitchen
- Culinary qualifications desirable
- Allergen awareness (i.e Natasha’s Law), full training will be given
- Excellent team player and communicator
- Driving is essential due to the location of the site
