Implement and maintain compliance protocols to mitigate trading risks.
Conduct regular reviews and audits of brokerage activities and transactions.
Prepare and present reports on trading performance and market trends to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
Proven experience in brokerage services or financial markets.
In-depth knowledge of trading platforms, instruments, and regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and risk management.
