We support organisations across a variety of sectors including finance, retail, telecommunications, utilities, gaming, government and insurance.We’re looking for a Senior Director of Diversified Markets to join our growing GTM team.

Day to Day You’ll Be:
Achieve New Business and Annual revenue target across client base.

Nurture, develop and Sponsor Exec level relationships across all Flagship accounts.

Own Territory Planning process for respective verticals, ensuring Market Planning, Sales Specialist and Sales Management work collaboratively to shape execution plan.

Acts as point of escalation in GTM prior to Chief Revenue Officer, working compliantly with internal functions to remove blockers for revenue opportunities.

Supports CRO with weekly and monthly rhythms inc. Forecast calls, Top Deal Reviews, Month End Review Meetings and International Business Reviews

Works with UK and International Executive Team and champions for investment to drive ROI across GTM

Effectively manages cost base within budget parameters.

Managers a team to develop, manage and delivers the 3 year plan

Run ‘Market Share Shift’ programs, mobilising strategic pursuits with clear milestones and a horizon to success.

Ability to lead, manage and run the sales process, at a senior C suite level, recognizing when to bring in SME domain expertise.

Work with Market Planning to run periodic Market Sizing exercise on existing and new markets in order to evaluate market development opportunities.

Ensure Target Operating principled are adhered to and internal support is aligned to market opportunity .


Essential Skills & Experience:
Driven Commercial Leader with proven track record.

Minium experience of 2 years at Director level .

Strong evidence of driving double digit growth in current and previous roles

Track revenue on delivering on revenue targets and execution of account plans.

Ability to hold senior stakeholders to account on both internal and external commitments Strong solution sales skills and demonstrable business development track record.

Strong networking skills and contacts inside and outside the organization, at C’ level.

Ability to lead and supervise teams.

Proactive change agent, able to influence the status quo.

Strong public speaking and communication skills.

Excellent influencing and negotiating skills.

Strong analytical and analyzing skills.

Strong organization and strategic account planning skills.
