Job
Overview:
We are looking
for a meticulous and organised Contracts & Supplier Administrator to
join the Haven team in Hemel Hempstead. This is an exciting opportunity for
someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring legal compliance
and smooth supplier onboarding. You will play a pivotal role in managing and
maintaining supplier records, conducting due diligence, and supporting the
procurement process across our business. If you thrive in a fast-paced

Your
Opportunity:
Manage and maintain accurate
records of our supplier pool, including contracts, insurance documents,
and certifications.
Oversee supplier onboarding through
web forms and alternate channels, ensuring compliance with internal
procurement policies.
Conduct due diligence checks (e.g.,
AML, PEP, credit worthiness) for new supplier submissions.
Assist category managers and
suppliers with identification checks and compliance reporting.
Coordinate supplier account
changes, including name updates or legal entity status through our
procurement system (COUPA).
Ensure documentation is up-to-date,
including supplier contracts and externally facing documents.
Support IT troubleshooting of
supplier accounts in collaboration with product teams.
Maintain and update our Procurement
Contracts Management database.
Assist with the Master Compliance
Report for regular reporting.
Collaborate with finance and
business teams to drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.
What We’d
Like You to Bring:
Strong organisational skills with
the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and a
proactive approach to problem-solving.
Basic knowledge of good onboarding
practices, due diligence, and compliance.
Experience in procurement or
supplier management (desirable).
Familiarity with P2P platforms,
such as COUPA (desirable).
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with
internal teams, including procurement, finance, and legal.
