We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our nursery. This is a full-time permanent role that offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to support the smooth running of the nursery.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers, promoting open communication and partnership.
• Manage budgets, resources, and facilities effectively to ensure the nursery operates efficiently.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a nursery setting.
