Summary

We are seeking a Lighting Technician to join the wider Technical team at Curve, working on a variety of visiting and produced productions.

You will require experience in professional theatre to fulfil this role. As a member of the Lighting Team you will require good knowledge and skill in the safe rigging of a wide variety of Theatre lighting equipment. Basic electrical safety and ability to work at height will be essential. You will need to be comfortable joining a large team working to tight deadlines whilst also being capable (after becoming familiar with the venue) of working independently. On occasion, you will be expected to lead a team of casual technicians, maintaining the high standards of work and safety expected across the teams.

This role is a full-time permanent contract, on an averaged annualised hours contract of 42 hours per week. Regular evening and weekend work will be required.
