Summary
London Museum is in the middle of an exciting transformation, moving from London Wall to Smithfield. The Conservation and Collections Care department are looking for a new Archaeological Conservator join our team working on all aspects of the move; conserving, stabilising, and packing objects as well as planning the new stores and exhibitions – helping to bring our objects to life for our visitors in the new Museum.
The role would suit a conservator looking to enhance their skills in archaeological conservation working with one of the largest archaeological collections in the world. We’re looking for someone motivated and flexible with an eye for detail and love for archaeology.
You will have experience conserving archaeological materials within a heritage institution and be able to confidently and independently solve conservation and collections care problems.
