Summary

Senior Support Worker - Supported Living Service

Location: Chorley, Lancashire
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week plus sleep-ins)
Salary: £13.50 per hour + £55 per sleep-in shift

P4 Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join a New Supported Living Service in Chorley. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adults with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and/or autism.

About the Role:
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting individuals to live independently and fulfil their potential. Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will help ensure the service runs smoothly, safely, and effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing shifts, supporting staff, and working with individuals on their personal development plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the effective running of shifts and rota planning
Coordinate risk assessments and support plans
Maintain high standards of care and regulatory compliance
Supervise and guide Support Workers, acting as a role model for the team
