We are seeking enthusiastic and observant individuals to conduct mystery shopping visits to pubs on behalf of a major brand. This role involves assessing customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience at the venue. Your insights will help improve service standards and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned pubs and evaluate specific aspects of the customer experience.
Complete a detailed report on your findings after each visit.
Provide honest and constructive feedback on the service received.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old (due to the nature of the venue).
Good attention to detail and the ability to provide clear written feedback.
Reliable access to transportation for travel to various pub locations.
Compensation:
This is a self-employed role, and you will be compensated per visit.
Payment details and rates will be discussed during the application process.
Reimbursements for any purchases made during visits as part of the evaluation.
Important Notes:
This role is self-employed, and you are responsible for managing your own taxes and National Insurance contributions.
This is not a zero-hours contract. You will be offered visits based on client demand and your availability.
