Summary


An exciting management secondment opportunity within the Radiology administrative and clerical team has become available at Tunbridge Wells Hospital providing experience in a management role for suitably qualified/experienced person to take on the role of Office Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to build on existing leadership and management skills.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy being part of a busy team, are hard-working, organised, adaptable and flexible and are looking to build on your supervisory skills/further your career in management we want to hear from you.


You will be expected to provide day to day operational management of the administrative and clerical staff who work across the areas of Radiology. The areas of responsibility include recruitment, staff rota management, appraisals, training, managing attendance and other Human Resources issues, in addition to team performance management. The post holder will also be responsible for assuring National Guidelines associated with diagnostic bookings are met, efficient and accurate clerical work is carried out by all staff whilst making recommendations for a more effective delivery of services, management liaison with GPs, patients and other hospital staff in respect of radiological investigations.

The post holder will be expected to be available to work at any MTW site as required.
