Summary
Commercial Vehicle Technician
- Basic Salary up to £40,950.
- OTE of £44,362.
- Working Hours: Week 1 (6am - 3:30pm) Week 2 (1pm - 10:30pm) 1 in 2 Saturdays paid at time and a half! (7am - 12pm).
- Optional overtime.
- Work with a great client of ours in a varied vole.
- Our client is seeking both experienced HGV Technicians and applicants with experience as a Van Technician.
- Opportunity for candidates with some experience acting as a Van Technician to upskill and train on HGV's.
- Access to industry leading training from the offset and throughout.
- Opportunity to work for a longstanding commercial vehicle specialist.

We are currently seeking a Commercial Vehicle Technician on behalf of our Client, an Automotive renowned commercial vehicle business based in the Carlisle area.
The successful Commercial Vehicle Technician can expect a salary of up to £40,950 with OTE of circa £44,362.
Hours of work for this Commercial Vehicle Technician job are Week 1 (6am - 3:30pm) Week 2 (1pm - 10:30pm) 1 in 2 Saturdays paid at time and a half! (7am - 12pm) with optional Overtime.
Our Client is looking for a Commercial Vehicle Technician to join their busy team, this is a full-time Commercial Vehicle Technician position and our Client is looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician.
Typical Duties of a Commercial Vehicle Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:
- Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs or LCVs
- Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
- Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
- Completion of MOT preparation
- Vehicle Inspection
Requirements of this Commercial Vehicle Technician vacancy:
- Previous working experience within a HGV Technician / LCV Fitter role
- Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
- Excellent mechanical knowledge
- A Class 1 Licence
