Summary

Our Peripatetic Service are seeking to appoint a Practitioner, working a 26.25 per week permanent contract. This essential service works 7 days per week, 52 weeks a year, providing the best possible quality of care in the community.



The successful person will be prepared to work a 4-week rota which includes Am shifts 7.00am- 14:30 Eve shifts (2.30pm – 22-30pm). The hours of work are on a rota basis, and the position does include weekends and bank holidays with enhanced rates of pay, and opportunities for overtime.



This exciting role will lead a team to deliver high quality care and support to the most vulnerable people of our district, meeting their needs, and promoting person centred care at every opportunity.



This post is subject to the Fluency Duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016. The post holder is required to demonstrate a proficient level of fluency under the Duty as detailed within the job specification for the post”
