As a Drinks Dispense Technician, you will help to deliver operationally viable & cost-effective service levels for the installation, and maintenance of Dispense Systems in the On Trade.

This role is Field Based role so a current UK Driving License is required. We can only consider applications currently located in the BN and RH postcodes.

Overall compensation package £32,300 (inclusive of Variable Compensation and Call Out payment)



Additional earnings monthly:

Standard Overtime rates (up to double time) for evening and weekend work

Payments of £45 per call out during out-of-hours work

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key figures: On Trade draught volume: ca 2.5m hl draught beer. Working with circa 20 key customers with 6,000 installs and 30,000 Service calls annually (per region).

Install, maintain, and repair drinks dispense equipment and provide exceptional customer service meeting SLAs and completing related paperwork.

Perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance and COP tasks on all equipment, including fault finding and repair within the expected SLAs.

Provide perfect pour training and glassware advice.

Communicate with customers about incomplete work and actions taken and work on any client contract site within competency.

Attend training and appraisal activities and deliver on personal KPIs and personnel development plan.

Communicate any issues back to the planning team and build and maintain close relationships with Poc’s staff and customers.

Be on a call-out rotation to provide full out-of-hours cover.

Assist other team members and manage the ordering of equipment and maintaining van stocks.

Who we’re looking for:

12-18+ months as a Drinks Dispense Technician who is comfortable using IT equipment such as laptops and handheld devices

Your ability to work independently and unsupervised, including willingness to participate in an on-call rota, is key.

Strong customer interface skills and the ability to forge relationships will set you up for success in this role.

You should also be an effective performer in cross-functional teams.
