Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

Maximum 37hours per week - Monday to Friday

Actual starting salary: £23,500 + Fringe Allowance £689 per annum

We are seeking aPremises Assistantto join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy,to help us ensure that the school sites areclean, secure and safe for all users.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assistingwith the generalcare, maintenance and servicing of academy buildings and grounds
• Working within current health and safety legislation
• Providing a customer-facing / positive service
• Helping tomaintain a clean, safe, hygienic and secure site

You will have:

• Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting &decorating, general garden maintenance etc
• Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
• Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
• The ability to work as part of our teamand independently
