Working in the Customer Insight Team as Senior Customer Insight Executive, you'll support our Senior Insight Manager, helping design and deliver AXA - Global Healthcare’s customer insight programme. Your key focus will be on managing the delivery and analysis of customer research to support continuous improvement and positive customer outcomes.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work part of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing delivery of regular research projects, which measure customer satisfaction along key parts of the customer experience.
Using customer research to assess the extent to which we meet our obligations to customers under Consumer Duty.
Providing insight to inform design, support business cases of, and help measure the performance of new customer products and propositions.
Providing insight that identifies improvements in communications and processes that could lead to customer harm if left unchanged.
Leading customer insight projects, gathering understanding of target audience needs and behaviours, providing up to date visibility on trends from target market.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, Marketing team members and Analytics team, as well as external agencies.
Supporting implementation of the wider Insight remit as and when required in projects.
Supporting in the improvement of operational efficiency within the insight team.
