Looking for a P.A for a young man with cerebral palsy, who loves sports, he is an Arsenal supporter, but don't let that put you off!

He has cerebral palsy, moderate to severe learning disability and Autism he uses
a frame and wheelchair. He mostly communicates through Makaton and other
forms of language, so patience and understanding are key. Once you get to know
him, he has a wicked sense of humour.
He loves the outdoors and enjoys playing Judo weekly, crazy golf and being in
nature. He wants to join more clubs, make new friends, with the help of a P.A.
We are open to flexibility when it comes to hours on weekends and evenings.

Duties include:
Personal grooming
Eating and drinking assistance
Transportation
Companionship
Dressing / undressing
Bathroom assistance
Candidate qualities:
Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality
Reliable with good timekeeping
Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative
Hygienic, tidy and well organised
Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills
Honest and cheerful
Creative
Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard
Able to always work to high standards of health & safety
Understanding
Patience
Additional requirements
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working
hours
