The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and ambitious 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our small but driven team in Warrington. The primary focus of this role is to support our Business Manager in growing the location and expanding our industrial recruitment services across the North West.

Key Responsibilities for 360 Recruitment Consultant (not limited to):

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to client management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in the industrial sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the branch.
  • Support the Business Manager in implementing strategies to expand our presence in the North West.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

What We're Looking For in our Recruitment Consultants:

  • Experience: Ideally, you will have previous experience in the industrial recruitment sector. However, we are open to candidates with recruitment experience in other sectors who are eager to transition into industrial recruitment.
  • Ambition: You will be seeking a role where you can make your own future, coupled with class leading Learning & Development Programme, and regular support and progression opportunities.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be comfortable managing multiple tasks and working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attitude: We are looking for someone who is motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of our Warrington branch.
  • Full UK drivers licence and access to vehicle for client visits.
