Cleaning and sanitisation of all working, service and dining areas. Taking payment for goods via cash/cashless systems and maintaining necessary sales on tills. To promote excellent customer relations in a professional manner with the ability to communicate effectively, taking personal responsibility for delivering excellence. Support with catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas. Assisting with the service of food and drink within operational hours Supporting with hygiene documentation and administration Assisting with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries Maintaining of washing up area
