We’re looking for a Resales and Staircasing Executive to join our Customer Experience team in Croydon. We offer the flexibility to work between the office and home in line with business needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Customer Journey Resales & Staircasing Manager with all sales and staircasing related activities, ranging from day to day delivery of the resales and staircasing programme from pre-sale to reservation, to ensuring sales are progressed in line with current targets whilst keeping our customers informed every step of the way.

You’ll already have experience of the shared ownership resales and staircasing process gained within a housing/development organisation. You’ll be experienced in dealing with external stakeholders such as Solicitors, Brokers, Surveyors, Developers and Agents. You’ll have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences with an excellent telephone manner along with a strong drive to hit targets.

You’ll need to be organised and have the ability to work in a busy, performance focused working environment with excellent attention to detail. You’ll be working independently; therefore, you’ll need to demonstrate the skills to be proactive, use your initiative and manage your workload with minimal supervision. You'll be solution-focused with a willingness to challenge and contribute ideas for improvement constructively, you’ll already have experience delivering against challenging performance targets.
