Summary
This lovely family in Leicester, Leicestershire is looking for a Live-in Nanny to help them in looking after their school-aged child. They have a happy, active, and curious school-aged child who will be the primary focus of care. With a separate housekeeper employed, the nanny will only need to handle light housekeeping duties, allowing more attention to be devoted to the child’s needs and development. Responsibilities include preparing meals for the child and ensuring his dietary needs are met. The role also involves travel, as the family frequently visits Spain and various cities across Europe. All travel will be communicated in advance to ensure proper planning. The family has a dog so someone pet-friendly would be ideal but is not a must. A driver who holds a full driving license is required and the family are happy to provide a car.
They prefer someone who has an excellent English-skills. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday to Friday for 50 hours per week on a flexible schedule. Occasional babysitting and help during the weekend will be required with previous notice.
Accommodation: 2 Bedroom Annexe
Duties include:
cooking healthy meals for the child
helping with learning
planning playdates
trips to the park and playgrounds
planning age-appropriate activities
getting the child ready for bed by bathing the child, brushing teeth and getting the child into pyjamas before the parents get home
