Summary
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced, enthusiastic, childcare professional to work in a welcoming and friendly private before and afterschool club within the grounds of Fellside Community Primary School Whickham. The perfect candidate must have a warm and friendly manner and be confident. They must have creative skills to ensure development within the EYFS is achieved and provide a safe, caring environment for all children. Our mission is to provide a happy, safe, caring and nurturing environment where children can relax, be curious and learn through play.
Candidates must have good communicational skills and have the knowledge to work within a team in a supportive and encouraging way.
Hours of work are:
Breakfast club: 07.25 - 08.50
Afterschool: 15.15 up to 17-50 pm
The club operates during term time only.
Essential Criteria:
UK Level 2 qualification or above in the childcare sector
All relevant safeguarding qualifications
An enhanced DBS check
Childcare experience
Starting date: ASAP

Holidays: 13 weeks per year with 21 days paid holidays.
