Summary
Position: Hotel Manager
Employer: Bassna Investments Group Limited
Location: Reading
Salary: £29- £30K Per Annum
Working days / hours: 39 to 48 hours within a 5 to 6 day week
Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer’s pension contribution and meals on duty.
You will be overseeing a Hotel and ensuring high quality customer service. Duties include Coaching skills to train and mentor staff on company standards, effective sales techniques and product knowledge to attain performance-based results and team development
Programme design skills to motivate employees to increase sales
Extensive computer skills in POS, or an equivalent for hotel management, inventory and staff management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with people and companies, problem solve and relay staff duties and instructions
Exceptional decision-making and problem-solving skills to make quick decisions, deal with staff or vendor problems and resolve conflict
Customer service skills to help generate marketing programs to increase sales and retain a customer base
Faultless skills in maths and analytic knowledge with the ability to generate financial records and properly manage cash and budgets
To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements:
• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• Experience or equivalent qualification at required level (At least Three Year)
In addition you should also:
• Be performance, achievement and results driven
• Have an eye for detail
• Have critical thinking and on the problem solving skill
• Possess an empathic and pleasing personality
• Able to work well with others
• Creative, energetic and passionate about delivering excellence
• A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
• FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
