Summary

We are looking for a Sub Contracts Co-ordinator based in Tidworth, Wiltshire that can oversee the administration and coordination of all sub-contractors at our defence sites in Allenby/Connaught.

You will also ensure all subcontractors attending Allenby/Connaught have full in date security clearance and prioritise health and safety procedures and policies in conjunction with Sodexo guidelines and legislation.

You will ideally have some understanding of the military and have strong experience in administration and project coordination. You must be proficient in using all the Microsoft 365 packages, particularly Excel, analytics and SharePoint and have a strong understanding of PowerBI.

This role will be Monday to Friday; however you may be required to work out of hours at evenings, weekends and stay overnight on occasions.
