Summary
An exciting opening has opened up in our Air Freight and multi role transport team.
The role is extremely varied where you will become a key member of the operations team, actively involved in managing import and export shipments from start to finish. You will be responsible for arranging the shipments by Air, however, there will be an element of managing and arranging shipments by sea and courier freight.
You will be hands on with every aspect of all the services the team offers, ensuring the highest level of service and all KPIs are met. Maintaining current customer relationships and internal customer agreements.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Working to strict deadlines to co-ordinate Worldwide multimodal imports & exports with end-to-end responsibility (including collections, airline bookings, liaising with overseas agents/customers until delivered).
- Strong customer relationships to understand requirements and always deliver excellent customer service.
- Airline / Agent booking and processing relevant import/export documentation including AWB's and BOL's.
- Obtaining the correct customs detail to enable in house team to clear shipments.
- Liaising effectively and building close relationships with our supply chain
- Quotations, pricing and invoicing clients.
- Arranging and booking courier shipments including track and trace updates to inhouse TMS system.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 1 Years' Experience within Freight Forwarding
- Dangerous Goods trained beneficial
- Experience with both import and export freight forwarding
- Must be Enthusiastic, Ambitious, Self-Motivated & Looking to Develop & Progress
- Must Have Experience Handling All Aspects of Air Import/Export Operations, Back To Back Shipments, Consols, DG Shipments ETC
- Full Air Export or Import Process - Start to Finish Air Export/Import Operations
